Students to prepare for Confirmation are required to complete the following items:
- Complete one full year of Faith Formation at Epiphany prior to registering for Confirmation.
- Provide the student’s Baptism and First Communion records to the Faith Formation office prior to August 27, 2025.
- Attend a mandatory parent information session on August 3, 2025, at 11:15 in the Patio Room.
