Tammy JacobsTammy Jacobs serves as our Pastoral Associate and Safe Environment Coordinator. She plays a vital role in supporting the spiritual life of our parish, assisting with parish ministries, programs, and community outreach. Tammy also oversees our Safe Environment efforts, helping ensure that our parish remains a welcoming, secure, and nurturing place for children, families, and all members of our community.

Communion Ministers
The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith, drawing us together as one Body in Christ. Communion Ministers assist the Pastor and Deacon in the distribution of Holy Communion, helping ensure that all are welcome to the Lord's table with reverence and care. Those who serve in this ministry are selected by the Pastor for a three-year term.

A warm welcome can make a difference. Greeters are often the first friendly faces people see when they arrive for Mass. They help create a spirit of hospitality by welcoming parishioners, visitors, and newcomers, answering questions, and helping everyone feel at home in our parish family.

God speaks to His people through Sacred Scripture, and lectors have the privilege of proclaiming His Word during Mass. As a lector, you continue the Church's long tradition of sharing the stories of our faith with clarity, reverence, and conviction. Lectors proclaim the First and Second Readings, helping the congregation prepare their hearts to receive the Gospel. If you feel called to this ministry, we'd love to welcome you.

Altar servers play an important role in assisting the priest and deacon during the celebration of the Mass. Their service helps our liturgies unfold with dignity, reverence, and prayerfulness. Youth who have completed 4th grade are invited to participate in altar server training. We also welcome adult altar servers, especially those available to assist at funerals and Holy Day liturgies when youth servers may not be available. Ushers
Ushers help create a welcoming, organized, and prayerful environment for everyone who gathers to worship. Their responsibilities include welcoming worshippers, assisting with seating when needed, taking up the offertory collection, guiding the Communion procession, distributing bulletins after Mass, and responding to unexpected situations with kindness and care. Men, women, and youth are all welcome to serve in this important ministry of hospitality.

Parish Workdays
A few times throughout the year, our parish family comes together on Saturday mornings for Parish Workdays. Volunteers help with a variety of indoor and outdoor projects that keep our church campus beautiful and welcoming.

Frank Kopp Food Pantry
The Frank Kopp Food Pantry is a ministry of our parish dedicated to providing groceries to individuals and families in need who live within our parish boundaries, regardless of faith or religious affiliation. One weekend each month, parishioners are invited to support this ministry by donating nonperishable food items. Large wooden donation bins are located in the gathering space for your convenience. The pantry is named in honor of Frank Kopp, whose dedication and compassion established this ministry and sustained it for many years.If you or someone you know is in need of food assistance, please contact the parish office at 405-722-2110, ext. 110. Project Gabriel
Project Gabriel is named after the Angel Gabriel, who brought the joyful news to Mary that she would become the mother of Jesus. Inspired by Gabriel's message of hope, this ministry offers compassionate support to women experiencing a crisis pregnancy. We walk alongside women who may feel overwhelmed, alone, or unsure where to turn, providing personal, material, and spiritual support throughout their pregnancy and beyond. Our mission is to meet each woman where she is—with love, compassion, dignity, and understanding. Project Gabriel is always seeking volunteers who feel called to accompany and encourage mothers during this important time in their lives. St. Vincent de Paul
The St. Vincent de Paul Conference at Epiphany is our parish's primary outreach ministry for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. Guided by the mission of serving Christ through our neighbors in need, the conference provides compassionate assistance to those living within the boundaries of Epiphany Parish, regardless of faith or religious affiliation. The ministry relies on the generosity of our parish community to continue its work. Financial donations are the greatest need, and a special collection is typically taken on the last Sunday of each month. Parishioners may also use the monthly St. Vincent de Paul envelope included with their offertory envelopes.In addition to assisting local neighbors, the Epiphany St. Vincent de Paul Conference supports organizations that serve those most in need, including Jesus House Homeless Shelter

Bereavement Committee
The Bereavement Committee provides compassionate support to families in our parish community during times of loss. When a parishioner passes away, the committee helps plan, coordinate, and prepare a luncheon or dinner for the family and their guests following the funeral service. This ministry depends on the generosity of volunteers who provide prepared dishes such as casseroles and desserts, as well as those who help with meal preparation, setup, and serving at the church. Through this simple act of kindness and hospitality, we offer comfort and support to families during a difficult time.

Grief Support
If you have lost a loved one and are feeling alone, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, please know that Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church offers a Grief Support Group to provide comfort, understanding, and companionship during this difficult journey. Everyone experiences grief differently, and you do not have to walk through it alone. This group offers a caring and supportive environment where you can share, listen, and find encouragement as you navigate each day. The Grief Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:30AM in the Patio Room.

Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry offers confidential, one-to-one Christian care for individuals who are experiencing difficult times and need a caring companion. Whether you are facing grief, illness, loneliness, life changes, spiritual struggles, or other challenges, Stephen Ministers are here to listen, pray, encourage, and walk alongside you.
Stephen Ministers are trained parishioners who provide emotional and spiritual support to those in need. They meet regularly with care receivers and offer a compassionate presence during challenging seasons of life.
Stephen Ministry is Christ caring for people through people. This ministry is available to all members of our parish and community, and all conversations remain confidential.

The Health Ministry promotes the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our parish community. Healthcare professionals, retired healthcare workers, and interested parishioners are welcome to participate in this ministry. Throughout the year, the Health Ministry offers a variety of services and programs, including monthly blood pressure screenings, blood drives, flu shot clinics, health education presentations, Tai Chi for Better Balance, Senior Walk Hour, and the annual Lenten Labyrinth prayer experience. Whether through health outreach, education, or opportunities for spiritual reflection, the Health Ministry strives to support the wellness of our parish family.

Greeting Card Ministry
The Greeting Card Ministry reaches out each month to parishioners who are listed on the Sunday bulletin prayer list and to those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Through thoughtful notes, caring messages, and the promise of prayers, this ministry offers encouragement and support to members of our parish community.
Volunteers are always welcome to help by writing cards or donating greeting cards for this ministry. If you would like to be part of this outreach, please contact the parish office.
