Class is each Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in the gym. Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion, mind-body exercise that combines breath control, meditation, and posture movements to stretch and strengthen muscles. Tai Chi for Better Balance focuses on 8 movement forms which can be done seated or standing. People at any level of fitness can participate. There is NO LIMIT to class size.
